030We sell only meat products from animals raised on our farm so they are subject to availability. In addition to the bulk meat products listed below, we have all of our meat products by the cut in our farm store. Each cut is Cryovaced in a clear material so you can view each piece before purchase. We also process fresh and smoked turkey, pork, and beef sausages.

 

Chicken………………………whole, legs and thighs, skinless boneless breasts

Grass Fed Beef…………….filets, steaks, roasts, ground beef

Pastured Pork…………….bacon, ham, chops, roasts

Goat………………………….chops, leg of goat

Turkeys in the orchard

Turkey sausages….We pasture white broad breasted turkeys inthe orchard for pest control. After slaughter we eliminate all parts of the bird except pure turkey meat. After grinding we create several specialty¬† fat free turkey sausages in natural casings.

Kielbasa………..2 to 1 parts of our own pork and beef with organic flavoring ingredients

These sausages are sold fresh and smoked from the store freezer.

Berry Fields Farm offers bulk meat purchases from pastured livestock. We strive to produce quality animals while promoting a diet as close to natural as possible. We give no hormones, antibiotic, or growth promoters to any meat producing animals. Processing will be at a USDA inspected facility of our choice or, if preferred, transportation to a facility of your choice may be arranged. Beef and pork is sold by the quarter, half, or whole in cuts specified by the purchases. Goat  is sold by the whole only. Cuts will be wrapped or frozen. Call for current pricing and availability.

011Pastured, organically fed, fresh whole chickens are available by order once a month July through October. Orders may be placed beginning May 1st. Call for availability if no order has been placed. Fresh chickens must be picked up at the farm within 24 hours of processing. Pricing will be determined at time of order.
